The Nervous System Revolution Is Here
Trauma‑Informed Somatic Coaching for High Achievers Ready to Get Out of Survival Mode.
If Talk Therapy or Mindset Shifts Were Enough,
You Wouldn’t Be Here.
Cycle Breakers Lab is a structured, trauma‑informed, somatic‑based coaching program designed to help high achievers rewire their nervous system so change actually holds. Unlike traditional talk therapy, CBT alone, or mindset-based coaching, this work focuses on the body and nervous system as the primary drivers of behavior. Inside the Lab, we combine somatic therapy principles, nervous system regulation and rewiring, childhood trauma acknowledgment, attachment theory and attachment trauma work, and practical, real‑world coaching. Rather than asking you to positive‑think your way out of survival patterns, Cycle Breakers Lab trains your nervous system to feel safe enough to change, so you can move out of fight, flight, freeze, or fawn mode and into clarity, resilience, and sustainable forward momentum across career, relationships, parenting, and life.
Why This Is A Lab & Not A Therapy Room
Cycle Breakers Lab is not mindset fluff or motivational hype. It is trauma‑informed, somatic‑based coaching for high‑achieving adults who are outwardly successful but internally stuck in survival mode. This work targets the nervous system, not just your thoughts, helping you move out of fight, flight, freeze, or fawn mode so real, sustainable change can occur.
If you are driven and capable but struggle with boundaries, confidence, leadership decisions, parenting reactivity, or navigating major life transitions, and you still feel chronically tense, reactive, shut down, or exhausted, this work is for you. We focus on resetting and rewiring the nervous system so you can move out of fight, flight, freeze, or fawn mode and into sustainable clarity, confidence, and momentum.
This is mental health support for people who want real change across career, relationships, parenting, and self.
The Issue That No One Talks About
High achievers are often praised for functioning through stress, trauma, and pressure- proving worth. But white-knuckling your way through life has a cost.
When the nervous system stays dysregulated, it does not matter how smart, capable, or motivated you are. You may notice:
Anxiety that never fully shuts off
Burnout cycles followed by guilt-driven productivity
Overthinking, perfectionism, or emotional shutdown
Relationship patterns that repeat despite insight
Parenting from reactivity instead of intention
Feeling stuck even after hours of talk therapy
Feeling like you are constantly on yet constantly behind
News Flash! This is not a motivation issue. It is a nervous system issue.
Protocols Designed For Results Not Just Awareness
So what’s the solution? Well at least one science backed way that is proven to give results.
Cycle Breakers Lab works because it is run like a Lab, not a lecture or a vent session. We test, observe, adjust, and apply in real time. Every session is an experiment in nervous system regulation, not a conversation that stays theoretical. You learn what actually shifts your body out of fight, flight, freeze, or fawn mode, then you use it immediately in work, relationships, parenting, and decision-making. That is why the results last. We are not chasing insight or emotional release alone. We are training your nervous system through repeated, Cognitive Processing Practices, Somatic- embodied breath-work, tapping and EFT modalities so new responses become automatic. Over time, your system learns safety, flexibility, and capacity, which is what creates sustainable change, clearer leadership, stronger boundaries, and momentum you can feel after every single session.
"The Cycle Breakers Lab is like a Mental Gym. I love that Approach. Its not a problem to be fixed, rather than a muscle that needs to get trained- Daily."

So What is Somatic Therapy?
Thanks to the groundbreaking insights of Polyvagal Theory we now have evidence that the key to relieving trapped unresolved trauma is through the nervous system. Stress, trauma, and unresolved wounds don’t just live in the mind (Cognition)—they get stored in the body and our nervous system archives it to keep us safe. That’s why simply talking about the past isn’t always enough to bring relief or lasting change. We need to teach the body that the trauma is over. We need to help the limbic part of our brain realize that we are safe and we can move past. Basically rewire our trauma responses. This is doable- with Somatic Therapy.
Soma (Of the Body) Somatic therapy recognizes that our nervous system, posture, gut, muscles and even our breath hold stories our mind alone can’t explain. By honoring and noticing what the body's wisdom is telling us through bodily sensations we can open new pathways for healing and rewiring. If you find this interesting like I do I highly recommend reading Dr Bessel Van Der Kolk’s book The Body Keeps The Score. I think the title is pretty self explanatory.

Book an Intro appointment with me. It is about 15-20 minutes.
We might click and start right away or we might not and we will never see each-other again. But I will be resourceful and I will be honest - promise! -
This is the Awareness Stage. We will meet weekly for the first 4-8 weeks once a month. We create a roadmap, understand what the needs are, what modalities feel good and what doesn’t. We experiment and explore. We don’t talk too much about the past. We are laser focused on the present and have future goals in mind.
This is not a formula and of course it is based on your progress and your needs.
-
This is the Rewiring stage. Once client and coach feel ready to walk alone a bit in this healing journey, client sessions are down to bi-weekly meetings plus self-pace protocols. Client reports back to coach and gets support along the way all day every day if needed. But trust me you won’t need it at this stage.
